A site location plan at scale of 1:1250, to be obtained from the Ordnance Survey.

Planning forms, correspondence and meetings to include :
Planning application forms, completed by myself.
Liaison with local council planning department.
A full set of proposed drawings, to include a site location plan, floor plans, detailed sections and elevation drawings.
Building control application forms.
Liaison with local council building control department. To include all meetings.
A building control officer will be assigned to the project, and will periodically visit site during construction, to ensure the build is being constructed to the correct building standards.invol
We will produce a set of tender drawings outlining the full specification of materials, fixtures and fittings.
A full written Schedule of Works, Specification and Tender document is produced to your exact requirements.
We can administer traditional contracts and monitor the project on site, valuing the works at agreed intervals.
We can issue the relevant Architects Instructions, certificates and documentation as required by the project.
